If you have a Massachusetts driver's license and were arrested for drunk driving in another state, you may face penalties at home as well. The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles may take actions to suspend your license in conjunction to any suspension of your driving privileges that may have occurred in the other state as a result of a conviction.
